    Summer 2009
    Be among the select group of high school students allowed to take part in college-level for-credit classes at Rice University in the summer of 2009. Students are able to choose from more than 20 courses offered in a variety of subjects including math, science, English and more.

  • Summer Math and Science Enrichment

    Summer 2009
    Select students at Houston's Cesar E. Chavez High School will delve into math, science and language arts with accomplished teachers. Students will also visit Rice for tours led by staff or faculty, attend sessions on college readiness and admissions, and go on tours of businesses in their neighborhood to learn about careers.
